I used to be guilty of taking my laptop to bed, trying to use every spare minute I had to answer a few more emails, or finalise some drafting. Many times I have fallen asleep with my laptop still on, and then I’d wake up with a very sore neck! Whether it’s a laptop, a tablet or a smartphone, I am sure many of you can relate to this scenario.

Swapping this unhealthy habit for a more relaxing bedtime ritual, such as reading an inspirational book, listening to soft music, or meditating, has done wonders for my sleep and my energy levels.

Imagine being able to sleep like a baby each night and wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy in the morning!
