5. CPD/CLE disclaimer

Most Australian jurisdictions in which legal CPD is compulsory do not have a system of accreditation.  If you are a lawyer or barrister, you can generally claim CPD points for completing our courses if you believe they are relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional development and practice of the law

Generally, you can claim 1 CPD point per hour for completing our courses. In most Australian jurisdictions, solicitors and barristers can earn 1 CPD point per hour by completing website based programs, which includes our online legal CPD courses. Please take the time to check the requirements of your own state or territory.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.
